Having been responsible for Mansfield Building Society’s website, and building a great relationship with them, we were tasked with rebuilding their whole intranet platform; delivering a bespoke system that works perfectly in line with their processes. As a building society, they had a lot of intricate requirements and the system lets them manage all areas of the business; staff communications, staff rotas, tracking meeting actions, managing complaints and more. As a financial entity that are regularly audited, we ensured the new intranet system captured every possible action and all data is exportable in a relevant format for ease of auditing.
