We’re a relatively small team who work very closely together. Through trust and flexibility, our colleagues are engaged and productive, and take the success of projects personally.
Company
Base 8 was established by a few of the team who had previously worked together. The aim was to make it equally as sustainable as it was successful. So far, so good!
Community
Although small, we ‘donate’ at least one project a year to a cause or organisation, such as a charity, that benefits wider members of the community.
